Are you struggling with anxiety, depression or another mental health issue? There is help available. During over forty years as a Psychologist, I have helped very diverse individuals with very varied problems. My approach is oriented towards problem-solving, and often entails Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy and liaison with the client’s GP.

I have a graduate qualification in hypnotherapy from a program jointly administered by the Austin Hospital and Melbourne University Department of Psychiatry. Clients undertaking Hypnotherapy are invited to record the sessions for later home use. I also have a Pharmacy degree, which facilitates collaboration with medical practitioners about how best to help clients on anti-depressants and other psychotropic medications.

I also provide psychological reports for legal purposes.

My practice, in beautiful Hurstbridge is disability friendly and walking distance from Hurstbridge train station. Parking is right outside, I am only about 15 minutes drive from Mernda and South Morang.

My St Andrews practice is in the historic Schoolmasters home section of Wadambuk St Andrews Community Centre.

This is almost directly opposite to St Andrews Market and there is parking right outside.
